Trusts/Legacies
As a charity with broad aims we aim to make a difference to a variety of people and places. We hope to build strong relationships with charitable trusts and are happy to discuss ways in which your money can be targeted to help specific parts of our work.
If you would like more information, are a trustee or have links with a charitable trust, we would love to hear from you so we can work together to fight global poverty and environmental decline.
Your support will help us to send highly skilled and committed volunteers to projects where they can make a real difference. Please get in touch with us if you are interested in finding out more.
Legacies
Would you consider leaving a gift to Global Footsteps in your will? Leaving a legacy to Global Footsteps would help us ensure we can keep running our successful volunteering programme. It may be that you have had a fantastic volunteering experience yourself in the past and want to ensure that these opportunities will be there for people in the future.
In 2010 we received a legacy of £10,000 from an anonymous source. It made an instant and huge difference to our work, allowing us to run our international Footstep 12 conference in Slovakia. Without that gift we would not have been able to bring participants from deprived communities in Kenya, Bangladesh, Jamaica and Romania to the conference. Please contact us if you would like to discuss your legacy and how we can target it towards the specific parts of the programme most important to you.
